However, small investors, who invested millions of pounds in the Grand Design’s presenter’s eco-friendly housing business HAB could lose up to 97% of their money. £1.9 million investors who were promised 5% dividends by 2016, confirmed that they hadn't received a penny.
On the other hand, Kevin's company informed £2.4milllion investor, in January 2017, that they could lose up to 74% in the best-case scenario and 97% at worst.

Kevin is married to Suzanna McCloud, whose nickname is Zani. In their long journey as a married couple, they have welcomed four children namely Hugo, Elsie, Grace, and Milo.
