He released several albums like Music for Earthworms (1997), Float (2000), Labor Days (2001), Bazooka Tooth (2003), None Shall Pass (2007), Skelethon (2012), and The Impossible Kid (2016). After the death of his close friend, he took a four-year hiatus from 2007 and 2011 and reintroduced himself with Skelethon in 2012.

As of now, Aesop has been touring with Kimya Dawson and performing as the musical group, 'The Uncluded.'

Aesop Rock Married Dirty Ghosts' Musician; Divorce After Five Years

Aesop Rock was married to fellow musician Allyson Baker, who is a guitarist and vocalist of rock band Dirty Ghosts. Aesop and his girlfriend, Allyson tied the knot with each other in 2005. The couple resided together in San Francisco. 

Though the couple was is smooth relaionship, they couldn't make it till the end and filed for a divorce in 2011 after being together for five years. Even though the pair had a divorce, Aesop's wife, Allyson wasn't worried about her loneliness.

Back in 2012, he produced his former's spouse album and even filled in for a vacant drummer. The estranged couple continued to appear in each other album, which raised the rumor about them dating again. However, they reportedly share a professional tie and remains friends.

In an interview with Sticky Magazine in May 2012, Aesop's estranged wife revealed that she and Aesop still has an excellent relationship with each other. She explained that they are on good terms, work together, talk, and see each other quite often. Even after the separation, the two are still friends. Talking to the interviewer, she said,

"We still work together and talk and see each other all the time. You know, sometimes it doesn't work out and you're not meant to be married, but you can remain, great friends, if your friendship is the core of what your relationship was. And we depend on each other a lot musically for what he does and what I do, so I don't see us not being involved in each other's music in the future."

In the interview, she also mentioned that she takes her former husband as the inspiration and has learned a lot from his working process. Later, in July 2012, Aesop's ex-wife gushed to SFWeekly about her life after a failed marriage. She said that after she had a split with her husband, she experienced a new sensation. She revealed that she wasn't worried about being alone. She also started to analyze the things that she was unaware of after having a divorce. And the one thing she was unaware of was her voice.

As of now, Aesop has remained mum about his present love affair. But in April 2016, he released his seventh album called "The Impossible Kid." He explains the emotional trauma after an argument with a girlfriend. He coveys that the subject has developed agoraphobia. Well, it remains to be seen, whether the lyrics depict his own life or not. He keeps himself busy in his music career and is reportedly enjoying his single status.

He belongs to mixed ethnicity as he was born to father of Polish heritage and mother of Lithuanian ancestry. He has two siblings named Christopher and Graham. Christopher is a clinical professor. He was raised in a Catholic family.
