As CNBC's The Closing Bell moved to the United States from Great Britain, London native Wilfred Frost arrived in New York in 2015 and became a host of CNBC's New York Global Headquarters. He has also provided coverage for CNBC sister networks such as NBC News and MSNBC. 

Though Wilfred became known as the son of late-British host Sir David Frost, his reputation on the broadcasting field is also at peak and provided the commentary on the Royal Wedding of Meghan Markle in May 2018.

Sir David Frost and Carina Fitzalan-Howard are the parents of CNBC anchor Wilfred Frost. His father, David was an English television host and TV personality who hosted TV panel show Through The Keyhole. He was on the Queen Elizabeth cruise ship when he had a heart attack and died in August 2013.
