The Bilzerian’s family battled criminal fraud charges in 1989. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Judgement in May 1989 announced to file a lawsuit against his businessman father, Paul Bilzerian to refrain him from getting profits after his fraud allegations came to light.

The Poker Player is dating 21-year-old model Sofia Bevarly since early 2017.
The couple, who have 16 years age difference, made their dating affair official with series of vacation pictures in March 2017.
In an interview with Square Mile Magazine in July 2017, he revealed that his relationship with Sofia is his first monogamous affair. He then mentioned that he had a physical relationship with three women that day when he met Sofia for the first time in a party.
