American sportscaster Mario Impemba, age 55, is married to a woman named Cathy Impemba. He has always remained mum when talking about his wedding that has confused fans about his actual date of the wedding. However, he and his wife, Cathy is parenting two children; Brett and Daniel.

The pair welcomed their first son, Brett in 1995. Three years later, his family was blessed with Daniel in 1998.

Recently in May 2018, Mario's elder son Brett got married. The Michigan State University's graduate took a weekend off from his job to celebrate Brett's nuptials.

Mario's Salary And Net Worth

Mario Impemba earned the prominent part of the net worth working for Detroit Tigers for 16 years since 2002. Earlier in 1995, he started working for Fox Sports West as a play-by-play voice of the Anaheim Angels. But, he left his job in 2001. Later in 2002, the Michigan native joined Fox Sports Detroit broadcast team where he started working as the play-by-play announcer for Detroit Tigers.

According to the PayScale, an average estimated salary of the Sportscaster is $67,500. However, he was earning a massive salary of $500,000 a year.

But his stay at the Detroit Tigers was cut short in September 2018 when he and his co-worker, Rod Allen had a physical confrontation. Following the cringe-worthy incident, both of them were suspended for the for the rest of the season. It was announced that Mario and Rod's contract weren't extended for the next season.

Mario's Family; Mother Died At 89!

Born on 18 March 1963 in Detroit, Michigan, Mario grew up along with his parents, Dominic and Rose Impemba alongside his brother Ralph, who got married to Denise. His dad and mom were married to each other for 67 years. Unfortunately, Mario's mother passed away of illness on 17 July 2018 at the age of 89. After the tragic death of Mario's mother, he lost two Tigers games.

Mario completed his high schooling from Stevenson High School in Sterling Heights, Michigan in 1981. Later, he went to Michigan State University and earned higher studies from there.
