Forty-two-year-old Grutman is also the owner of the nightclub story in South Beach, Oro Nightclub, Dominican Republic, and the LIV Sun Life Stadium according to his wiki sources. Grutman reportedly discovered Electronic dance music, which has helped take the club from $25 million to $40 million in income and profits. Making almost $60 million, the nightclub was the most successful nightclub in the United States at the end of 2013. He also owns a boat costing David Grutman's $1.7 million VanDutch yachts, a black beast that looks less like a boat and more like a sophisticated personalized space shuttle. He has a total estimated net worth over millions and billions of dollars while his annual revenues of roughly $45 million. He has a beautiful enormous and classy Mediterranean-style house at Sunset Island home which cost billions of dollars, where he resides with his wife, Isabela.
