Alex was born on 25 May 1989 in Florida. He holds an American nationality and currently resides in West Babylon, New York. He graduated from SUNY New Paltz in New York with a degree in Theatre Arts in 2010 and later graduated from Stanford with a major in Mandarin.
On the matters of physical attributes, he stands at an average height with a slim build body and possesses a decent weight. Alex can speak four languages, including Mandarin, French, Spanish, and little Hebrew.
Alex grew up in a religious family. His father was a former Navy Seal, but there are not much information about his mother. He has been quite mum regarding his family life. He barely spills beans on the matter of his family members.

Alex Rich got breakthrough in the entertainment industry from his debut in the series GLOW. Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling(GLOW) is an American comedy web television series created by Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch. It revolves around the story of a group of women who perform for a wrestling organization in Los Angeles in the 1980s. Alex played as Florian in season 1 of the show.
Alex has appeared in four episodes of the show since 2017-2018. He played Florian Becker in the featured episodes like Money’s in the Chase (2017), The Wrath of Kuntar (2017), Maybe It’s All the Disco (2017) and Viking Funeral (2018).
The first season consisting of ten episodes got released on 23 June 2017 on Netflix. The show was then renewed by Netflix for the second season with ten episodes released on 29 June 2018. As of now the third season of GLOW is set to premiere on 9 August 2019.
Besides that, he played the character of Young Pablo Picasso in the TV Series Genius in 2018. He also featured in the movie The Honor List that got released in 2018. Also, Alex has credits in several TV shows and films like True Detective, The Crossroads of History, XOXO, and The Honor List.

The GLOW star Alex has been in a long term relationship with his girlfriend, Christine Roepken. Although their relationship history is unclear, the first photo of his ladylove surfaced on his Facebook on 3 May 2010.
