Alexandra and her former boyfriend Joshuwa Patterson welcomed her first child, a daughter, India Elizabeth Felstead-Patterson, on 12 June 2019. They did a photoshoot as a family for Hello! Magazine. The Britsih TV star also stated that she finally felt like a family unit after welcoming her daughter.
Just 15 months after the birth of baby, the couple called it quit on their relationship. The split before they could call themselves husband and wife. She shares a daughter with Joshuwa Patterson, even if they are no more together,; the ex-couple work as a team to raise their daughter India.

The former couple’s daughter India recently turned two on 12 June 2019. She made a lovely post on the celebration of her baby girl’s special day and pondered her love for the baby.
As of now, Alexandra revealed her plan to move to the countryside with her daughter India. She admits her daughter is like a ‘tomboy’ like her, a real country girl. She wished to be able to pack up the car on weekend nights as well as sit in the garden with a paddling pool in summer and light big log fires in the winter. That might be the reason for her to wish to settle in a quiet place close to nature.
