American radio personality Dori Monson's romantic journey way dates way back in the 1980s. He met his wife Suzanne Monson while attending at the University of Washington. The college sweethearts inaugurated their first dating in May 1983, where Dori picked up his lady love for a sorority dance at the AGD house.

The couple's relationship flourished in no time, and the host of KIRO's The Dori Monson Show married Suzanne in June 1987.
They are now proud parents of three daughters and one of their daughters named Keegan Monson celebrated her 21st birthday on 17 November 2015.
Their elder and middle daughter followed the footsteps of their parents and graduated from the University of Washington. Meanwhile, in 2013, the couple took their younger daughter to educate at the Washington State University. While the family resided in Seattle, Dori fell somehow sad to drop his younger daughter to Pullman for her higher education.

Now, all of his daughters are University graduates, and during April 2018, the family planned to vacation in Scottsdale, Arizona. According to Dori, he and his wife Suzanne had an idea to spend the family time for the occassion of one their daughter's wedding in May 2018.

However, they had to cancel their trip to Scottsdale, Arizona as he had an appendix and got admitted to the Scottsdale hospital. He lied in the hospital bed, and after receiving abdominal surgery, Dori's infection was cured.
