Affair With Stripper; Las Vegas Hostess Reveals
In 2016, an alleged extramarital affair with a Las Vegas stripper named Natalia Lima came to light. Ed and Natalia reportedly had a 10-month relationship. After the incident came to light, Fox News issued a statement that Ed would take a break and settle his personal issues.
In an explosive interview with In Touch Weekly in May 2016, Natalia claimed that he met Ed in around 2011. She then revealed that after being friends for years, they turned their relationship into a sexual relationship in the spring of 2015.
Natalia reportedly used to perform a steamy act worth of $2,000-an-hour for Ed in a private VIP area at Sapphire Las Vegas strip club. The stripper had even asked the reporter to mend his relationship with his wife, Shirley.
Ed and Shirley are yet to comment and release on the issue. In May 2016, he spotted in a gym wearing his wedding ring, which reflects that the on-going affair saga hasn't affected their marriage yet.
After his break in Fox, on 25 August 2016, Fox confirmed that Ed would return on general assignment reporting but wouldn't be involved in reporting of the presidential campaign.
