Jana and her former spouse reportedly separated in May 2018. It was only on 7 September 2018, when she filed for divorce in L.A. County Court. As per the document, the lawyer is seeking both legal and physical custody of their two kids. She is also demanding spousal support from Van.
After she filed for the separation, the former couple released a joint statement and said,
"Though we have decided to end our marriage, we still love each other very much. We will continue raising our kids together, running our businesses together and supporting each other's growth. There is no beef or drama -- just evolution."
Their joint statement made things clear that their split is amicable and would look to nurture their children in an amicable environment. They also remain a business partner and continue their joint venture.
Being a secretive person, Jana has not yet revealed the date of birth or age. The American national belongs to white ethnicity.
