The prodigy of the Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts started her professional career at 'Channel One News' as the anchor and reporter. After gaining one year of experience, she moved to WVVI-TV Sunbeam television and later her meteoric growth in the field led her land a job as a reporter for NBC 5 Chicago.
After working for than a decade in NBC 5 Chicago, she joined WGN-TV as the Morning News Anchor which was one of their high-profile recruits in less than two months. After six years into married, they welcomed a son named Brendan in November 2015. On 6th of February 2016, she posted a photo of their baby celebrating his three months into the world.
