Manny Montana on his tweet on 2 May 2018 wanted to personally appreciate all the actors, who were the part of the 2014 American web television series, Red Oak. The Good Girls actor further added that he and his wife loved the series but were left heartbroken after the show ended.
Manny loves interacting with his fans. One of his admirers had a tweet on 26 March 2018 about wife’s reaction of him playing a gay role. To which Manny replied that he likes to live a low-key life for which his wife makes fun of him.

Manny’s portrayal of the gay character, Jonny in the television series Graceland has enabled the audience to question his actual orientation. His character shares romantic scenes with Carlito Solano played by Erik Valdez despite being hooked with Carlito’s sister, Lucia.

He mentioned that it was the most challenging part of his life and when the idea was brought to him, he never excluded it but was scared at the beginning. As he was scared to act, he called his acting teacher and parents who popped him several questions regarding whether he liked the script or not, and whether he liked co-actors or not. After he responded to them positively, everybody encouraged him to do the character.
The suspicion created based on his on-screen performance doesn’t become relevant since he is a married man and has a son.
