Tionne Watkins' love life is no secret. She was married to a fellow rapper Mack 10, whose real name is Dedrick D-Mon Rolison. However, Mack denied the allegation stating that his wife made the claims for attempting to gain an advantage in these proceedings and to prevent him from seeing their daughter. Eventually, on 8 June 2004, Tionne requested the restraining order, which banned Mack-10 from coming within 100 yards of her.

After a year of Tionne's divorce from Mack-10, she started dating Takeo Spikes, who is an actor known for V.I.P., On the Fritz and Bizarre Bracket Behavior.
The couple who started dating in 2005 stayed in a relationship for a half-decade and parted their ways in 2010. However, neither of the couples depicted the possible reason for the dissolution of their love life.

Also, the Des Moines native adopted a child named Chance in 2016. Tionne, who was diagnosed with the sickle-cell disease at the age of seven, was told that she would never have children.
However, with an evergrowing wish to expand her family, she adopted Chance after sixteen years of having her first child, Chase. She refers to her adopted son as a blessing.
