Tyler was involved in many athletic activities from a very young age and focused on football during their college days. Although he has a degree in criminal justice, his brush with the law prevented him from practicing on the job and forced him to work some menial tasks.
After spending three months in Los Angeles, a producer discovered him in a gym and booked him for the independent horror movie Slumber Party Slaughter. Although he didn’t have any plans to work, he started taking acting classes and made appearances in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and 90210. In 2017, he appeared as a cheating boyfriend in a Keyshia Cole Video You. Also, he worked on the television film Ringside and a music video.
Later, in March 2019, he declared that he would be portrayed as Starz’s Strip Club Drama Series, P-Valley, a, and the Chicago Valley star, Dan J. Johnson. The series turned out to be a great hit which brought him to the public`s eyes. As a silent but reliable bouncer, he is also an ex-military soldier.
