Karen Civil Age - Net worth
Karen was born to parents of Haitian descent on 8 November 1984 in New Jersy.
During her childhood, she had a hard time socializing with friends because of her American-Haitian heritage. She and her brother couldn't mix in with other Haitian kids who couldn't speak fluent English like them, neither they swiftly socialized with other 'Black' and 'White' kids. Consequently, she devoted her time to a hobby -creating a fan page of the famous stars she liked.
The fan page she created for The Wire's J.D. Williams gradually got popular, while she was still studying in Elizabeth high school. The popularity of the site later led her to a meeting with J.D., and he even took her to lunch at IHOP. But it wasn't the first time social media had given something to her. While in eighth grade, she had won the 3rd place in a fansite content for her Backstreet Boys fan page.
After high school, her parents sent her to Union Country College since the college was near to her home, but she gave up on studies to work at a radio station with the famous DJ Funkmaster Flex.
Her experience working as an assistant to on-air personality at the radio station helped her to establish a partnership with hip-hop guru Dipset. Furthermore, with that specific experience, she was quick to realize that money can be made behind the scenes in the world of internet.
After working under Funkmaster from 2002 to 2005, she worked as an A&R administrator for Diplomat records under Universal Group.

At present, the popular media personality is estimated to have a net worth of $30 million US dollars and brand value in millions.
