The dancer also revealed that his meeting with his biological mother was eight years ago in the early 2000s. He felt strange and nervous to meet her since he was never adequately obliged having a family.
He was later adopted when he was six months old by a couple named Keith (fireman) and Pam.
Jason was very unhappy in life and always felt traumatized. He openly came out as gay at the age of 16 and also attempted to talk with his adopted mom, Pam about his sexuality. His mother replied that she thought he was on drugs and said to Jason that she knew his sexuality ever since he was a kid.
He was also bullied during his early days. He also suffered from Anorexia between the age 13 and 15. He then traveled to America in a one-way ticket at the age of 19 and claimed that it was the best decision he ever made.

Louie and his husband met at a club, and he thinks it was Jason’s fault, they end up in a bar. He talked about his three years of married life with Leto and credited his man to keep him grounded. Louise also told MIRROR that his husband does not seek unwanted media spotlight.
Talking about his love affairs, Jason on his 2010 Tweet had revealed having a partner. He also admitted that his boyfriend is soon to open his store in London.

Three years later he shared Valentine's post on 14 February 2013 and wrote that he is off to a very romantic Valentine's dinner in Madrid. He also wished his social media followers to have a romantic moment and also send love for all the single ones. However, after that, he is yet to reveal about his partner.
