Similar was the love shared by the clinical psychologist, Lara Embry and her actress partner, Jane Lynch who got married after sharing a passionate relationship. Career And Progression
Being a philosophy student and having an interest in Psychology, Embry decided to change the course of her education and thus, attended Graduate School at the University of Washington in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology.

Ended A Year Long Marriage In Divorce!
Lara Embry and ex-wife, Jane Lynch tied the knot in the year 2010, at the Blue Heron Restaurant in Sunderland, Mass. During the time, Embry was raising her two adopted children, Haden and Chase.
The couple first met at a San Francisco fundraiser in May 2009 where Lane was among the guest who was being honored. Lane, who was struck by her beauty, then asked her to take a picture together and they started a long-distance affair right away.

But despite the beautiful beginning, the couple decided to turn their marital relationships into a divorce after a year. Jane, during the interview with People Magazine, announced about their split and appealed media for some privacy. She said,
“Lara and I have decided to end our marriage. This has been a difficult decision for us as we care very deeply about one another. We ask for privacy as we deal with this family matter.”
After seven months of their announcement of separation, they finally settled their divorce in a civilized manner. The amount of $93,000 a month, demanded in a spousal support was not recieved by Jane Lynch, however, she said that she "got something." It is reported that Jane owned Lara's house which Lara kept for the settlement of the divorce.
Although the couple is separated, Jane still cares for Lara's daughter, Haden and told Lara has a beautiful girl who is still dear to me."
