Lisa underwent a massive weight loss of 50 pounds within a year in 2016. She was diagnosed with sleep apnea a long time ago. She was 225 pounds during her first test and was at significant risk of heart disease and blood pressure.
The decision to lose weight sparkled to her at The Steve Harvey Show. One of the women shared her story of battling her weight. She announced then that she was committed to losing 45 pounds within a year. Then she started working on her weight and showed a remarkable transformation in a short period.
She also disclosed that she could not lose her weight as her metabolism was suffering from severe sleep deprivation for years due to which she weighed over 220 pounds.
