Suspension From ABC For False News
Sometimes ignorance is really bliss, but other times, it can be a curse. Matt also became a victim of ignorance/misinformation, and it led to his suspension from the ABC network.
After the news of Kobe Bryant's helicopter crash surfaced on media, Matt- working for ABC- also prepared a report but got a vital piece of information wrong. Though the victims of the accident were the NBA legend, his daughter Gianna, and seven more people, Matt accidentally reported that four of Kobe's children were inside the vehicle when the crash happened.
