Scarlet is the youngest daughter of Sylvester from his third marriage with entrepreneur Jennifer Flavin, who married The Rocky actor, Sylvester on 17 May 1997. Scarlet’s parents have been married for more than three decades.

The Rambo actor met Jennifer when she was 19 years of age in a restaurant in Beverly Hills, California. While her parents had on and off a relationship in the past, they parted ways in March 1994 and reconciled it on the summer of 1995. After dating for a few years, the couple welcomed their first child, Sophia in 1996. They became even closer to take care of the child after knowing her heart surgery.

However, it was not Sophia who caught the eye, but it was Scarlet. Scarlet was spotted with a mysterious guy. After their appearance, tabloids claim that the sibling's duo was presumably on a double date. But Scarlet is yet to confirm the rumors and is yet to discuss her personal life in public.
Her another sister, Sistine was captured sharing a PDA moment with English-American actor Gregg Sulkin at the opening of Los Angeles Hyde in January 2018. According to the Hollywood Life reports, the couple was holding hands and kissing, which ignited their dating rumors.
