Linsey Davis started her career as a reporter. From 2001 to 2003, she was a reporter at WJRT-TV, the ABC owned station in Flint, Michigan. Later, she joined ABC News as a correspondent.

Before joining ABC News, she was an anchor of the weekend evening newscast at WTHR-TV in Indianapolis. She has been covering stories for World News, Good Morning America, 20/20 and Nightingale since 2007.

She has also covered some major news stories around the globe, including the Las Vegas massacre, allegations against Harvey Weinstein and subsequent MeToo Movement, the Boston Marathon bombing, the Nairobi Mall massacre and several of President Obama’s trip overseas.

Her reports range from the 2016 presidential election to social injustice, to various natural disasters, including the earthquake in Haiti and several hurricanes. She has launched her new book in February 2018.

Husband & Wife Involved In Charitable Walkathons

Linsey and her husband, Paul Roberts relishes their marital life of more than four years. The couple exchanged their wedding vows at the Oheka Castle in New York in March 2013.

Besides their blissful marriage, the pair is involved in charitable marathons and prefers to run for their well-being. They recently participated in the 2018 Hampton Beach, New Hampshire running marathon whose motto was “Live Free or Die!”

Just a few months earlier, the couple celebrated their five years of togetherness in a marathon held at Las Vegas Range in March 2018. Linsey shared an Instagram picture and described that her husband prefers a woman who loves running.

Together the pair is blessed with a four-year-old baby named Ayden. She, on her Instagram post from February 6, 2018, wrote that Ayden is her true inspiration for writing book,

‘My son and his daily excitement about the world around him became my inspiration for writing this book’.

Ayden is growing by the age and just like a regular kid, his curiosity to question his mother leave Linsey for a second thought. Likewise, Linsey shared an instance when her son came from his school with a hat and asked her, whether Italian Explorer Christopher Colombus was a good or a bad guy. For a while, Linsey was stumped by his question.

Linsey was born in Pennsylvania and grew up in New Jersey with her parents and older sister. She celebrates her birthday on 21 October every year, but her actual age is secluded from her bio. She is an Afro-American by ethnicity and enjoys a decent height.

Linsey received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the renowned University of Virginia, and a Master of Arts degree with a major in Communications from New York University. She is a member of National Association of Black Journalist and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
