Madison Kocian accused the former U.S. National Team doctor, Larry Nassar, for sexually abusing (molesting). Back in August 2018, Madison Kocian, along with her friend, Kyla Ross, came forth with the stories of being sexually abused by former U.S. national team doctor.
Talking about her relationship with a former doctor, Madison stated that they were like family with proper care and understandings. However, it led Larry to be able to abuse her. Also, Madison mentioned that she initially locked her mouth at the Karolyi Ranch in Texas due to the culture of fear and silence.
Besides, Madison's parents later approached the media and revealed that their daughter was not worth her career success as Kocian was proved to be sexually abused by her doctor.
Larry was already sentenced to more than 175 years in prison for sexually abusing women and girls for decades during his time at Michigan State University and as a USA Gymnastics doctor in early 2018. And after he was proven guilty, he was set to serve 235 years in prison, as confirmed by PEOPLE.

Madison's parents, Thomas Kocian and Cindy Kocian (birthday on 6 November), raised her in Dallas along with her younger brother, Ty. There are not many records of her family life.
