The Philadelphia-based TV weatherman, Adam Joseph, grabbed the audience's attention after he became Philadelphia's first major on-air news personality to come out publicly about his sexuality. Adam Joseph, age 33, is openly gay. He officially came out as gay on 6 August 2014 after he and his husband-like partner, Karl, announced their newly born baby on their Facebook post.

Having a secluded relationship for a long-time, Adam decided to reveal his sexuality. Thus, uploading a picture of a newly born baby, Jacob, born on 5 August 2014, he shared the happy news saying the baby had same-sex parents. While speaking with philly.com, he told;
“I want my son to be proud of both his fathers. From the day he was born, I want him to understand that families come in all shapes, sizes and colors. In our eyes, as long as there is unconditional love for a child, it doesn’t matter who that child looks up to or leans on... This is unconditional love and hope. I truly wish that every person wanting a family can feel this overwhelming happiness and joy.”
Meanwhile, on 24 December 2015, the 6ABC meteorologist shared another happy news about expanding his family with a new member. He, alongside his partner, Karl, told in their Facebook post that they were expecting baby number two. Five months later, on 18 May 2016, the family of three welcomed a new member, a baby daughter named Hannah Marie.
The love-duo, who is a supporter of LGBTQ, currently rejoices quality time with their youngsters; a son and a daughter, and loves to share glimpses of their love life on social media.

As for their relationship, the couple has not revealed whether they are married or not but by the looks of Joseph's Instagram posts, he seems to have not turned his partner into his husband.
