Damon filed for divorce in 2003 citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason. However, Kim claimed that her ex-husband used to abuse her and was violent. She accused that Damon often bruised and physically tortured her for years.
But he denied all the allegations made by her and cited the reason to extract “a lot of money” which she wanted from him. He also claimed that Kim cheated on him with multiple guys. Not only that, As per In Touch, he said,
