In September 2018, Mark was charged for common assault and false imprisonment. As confirmed by the Mirror Magazine, he was accused of assaulting a woman and keeping her prisoner in his house. As per the report, he was arrested after neighbors’ reported the evident about screams to cops. 

But he was released from the prison on conditional bail and had to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on 2 October 2018. Later, the case was dropped after the prosecutors couldn't bestow sufficient evidence. After then, CPS spokesperson said,

 “We have a duty to keep cases under continuing review and, following a further review of this case, we concluded that there was insufficient evidence to provide a realistic prospect of conviction.”

He was talented as a student which was discernible by the fact that he got five O-levels before he dropped out from the Park school, now known as Oak field school at the age of seventeen. He moved to Harrow London which was center of British rockability revival scene in the early 1980s.
