Terry Meeuwsen is a Miss America 1973 title holder. Before being crowned as Miss America, she won the Miss Wisconsin and Miss Appleton pageants in the same year in 1972. Terry was an active and hardworking girl from her young age. Terry got selected as homecoming queen in her high school, and later she became a cheerleader.
Then in her career, she began working on television and started work at WTMJ-TV in Milwaukee in 1978. She quit after working there for eight years in 1986 because she needed more time for her family. During that period, she also appeared in The 700 Club as a guest co-host and finally, after three years, Terry became a permanent co-host. Later on, Terry started co-hosting the CBN television series Living the Life in 2000.
Apart from that, she also managed time for singing and released the album Eyes of My Heart in 1995. Likewise, she has also written a few books named as Christmas Memories, Near To The Heart Of God, Just Between Friends and The God Adventure in the late 90s.
